摘要:
The ancient Silk Road was the most extraordinary stage for exchange and integration between civilizations in human history. It enriched the progress of Eurasia in economic, political, cultural, and social terms for an extended historical period, and witnessed the and intellectual cultures of the East and West interact and blend together. The ancient Silk Road allowed for exchange of commodities, convergence of cultures, inclusiveness between civilizations, communication between peoples, and scientific and technological interaction, and thus enabled the people of all countries along its path to become authors of a grand epic of mutual economic benefit and cultural inspiration.
