2018 marked the 40th anniversary of the signing of China:Japan Peace land Friendship Treaty and alsd the 4oth anniversary of China's reform and opening-up.China-Japan relations entered a new stage,a major mark of which was the resumption of exchange of official leadership visits between the two countries that had been interrupted for years.Following Chinese Premier Li Keqiang's successful visit to Japan in May 2018.
