摘要

In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to the mental health of College students. Whether it is the increasing pressure of social employment or the negative thoughts spread in society, it has caused some negative psychological effects on College students. As an important theory of psychological research and application, positive psychology plays an important role in promoting college students' mental health education. Based on the theory of positive psychology, this paper analyzes the current situation of college students' mental health and college students' mental health education, and discusses the importance of implementing positive psychology theory in college students' mental health education. This paper puts forward a conception for constructing a new type of college students' mental health education model based on positive psychology, which has certain reference and reference for the promotion and development of college students' mental health education.
