摘要

In the year 2019,the overall situation of world peace and stability remains unchanged.The relationship between major powers is characterized by both increased confrontation and friction,as well as maintained competitive engagement and selective cooperation,and the bottom line of no military conflict and no war is still held between major powers.However,the international security situation in 2019 is full of chaos and frequent crises,which is highlighted in the further increase of global sources of turbulence and risk points,the more complex and severe regional security situation is,and the more difficult the global security governance will be.Political and social unrest in some countries is in danger of spreading to their whole region and even to the entire world.
