摘要

Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a kind of pulmonary neuroendocrine tumor with high malignancy,rapid progression and poor prognosis.It accounts for 15% to 20% of the total number of lung cancers.Although radiotherapy and chemotherapy are better for early treatment of small cell lung cancer,they are prone to cell resistance and are prone to metastasis.With the development of targeted therapies in medical history,targeted therapies for SCLC have also received increasing attention.This article summarizes the research progress of targeted therapy in small cell lung cancer in recent years.
