摘要

In 1978, the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee began a historical journey of reform and opening up in China of epoch?making significance. Over the past 40 years, China has advanced reform and widened opening up, causing earthshaking historic changes in China's economy and society and achieving remarkable feats of modernization that have caught the attention of the world.
