This year marks the 70 th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China.We also encounter the happy coincidence of two other decennial anniversaries,the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia and the founding of the China-Russia Friendship Association.In September,thanks to the happy coincidence.
