摘要

This paper reviews the published literature according to the Arksey and O’Malley’framework in order to determine the factors that influencing factors of nursing interns'belongingness in clinical nursing.Five influencing factors were extracted from 11 included studies:nursing students themselves,clinical teacher,clinical placement environment,relationships with patients and their families.
