摘要

The transatlantic alliance between the US and Europe within the framework of NATO is the longest and closest alliance relationship in the world today. Since taking office, President Donald Trump has sent “shockwaves” of readjusting US policy toward Europe, intensifying the already serious contradictions accumulated between the two sides.
