摘要

As the foundation of national strength, the manufacturing industry fundamentally determines a country’s overall robustness and international competitiveness. The key to achieving China’s shift from being a major manufacturing country to a global manufacturing powerhouse lies in promoting high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.
