Competition of excellent teachers and talents has increasingly become a key element of global higher education competition at present. The sustainable and efficient international education development of university teachers and the expansion and promotion of their international vision and ability are the key areas and important contents for the intensive development of China’s higher education. Compared with the economically developed provinces, the current international development of Anhui university teachers is not optimistic, and the existing problems are obvious. Aiming at removing bottleneck in the development, this paper put forward specific practical strategies in the development orientation, management system and mechanism, space expansion, language enhancement and financial guarantee, based on the comparative research and analysis between Anhui and other provinces, it effectively promotes the development process of Anhui university teachers from international perspective.
