China's National Ethnic Affairs Commission Wednesday expressed firm opposition to and strong condemnation of the passing of a bill on Xinjiang-related issues by the U.S.House of Representatives.The passing of the so-called"Uyghur Human Rights Policy Act of 2019,"despite China's strong opposition and stern representation,constituted gross interference in China's internal affairs and blatantly trampled on basic norms governing international relations,the commission said in a statement.
