摘要

Ecological protection red line is the minimum spatial area and territorial boundary line to be protected to realize the unification of economic,social and ecological benefits by increasing the national and regional ecological capital stock,maintaining ecological security,improving people's livelihood,promoting the sustainable development of economy and society,and upgrading the function of natural ecosystem.There are connections and differences between ecological protection red line and the red lines of cultivated land,forestry ecology,water resources control and marine ecology.Essentially speaking,they are all to maintain national ecological security and social stability,and create a good living environment for the people.
