摘要

Implementation of national reading is an important approach in establishment of learning society.College and university libraries should give full play of their strength in various aspects through opening up to society,and to realize social role transformation of modern college and university libraries via different approaches to underscore the necessity and importance of college and university libraries in realization of national reading.
