摘要

As a representative business of shared economy, shared bicycle solves the problem of “the last kilometer” and contributes to the development of modern urban public traffic. It facilitates the life of modern people, but the enterprise competition, improper operation and immature technology result in the supply over demand or demand over supply in some regions or sites, which fail to meet the public demand on bicycles. Therefore, the bicycle quantity put into the market should be comprehensively evaluated. Taking Mianyang City for example, the demanded quantity of shared bicycle was considered from multiple dimensions, specifically, population composition, district and county area, GDP and public facility, to solve the problems such as resource waste caused by excessive supply of shared bicycles, and failure to meet citizens’ demands caused by insufficient supply, to provide a better solution to the development of urban public transportation, and promote the reasonable development of urban shared economy.
