摘要

During a press briefing, Lian Weiliang, deputy chairman of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), said that key and targeted measures should be taken to improve the quality and scale of the home service industry. Currently, most home service companies work only as an intermediary agent between their clients and workers, and are located far away from neighborhoods. In the long run, it’s hoped that professional home service companies spring up, with formal employment relationship with those individuals who directly provide home services. Those companies are expected to set up outlets in different communities.
