摘要

Since its founding in 1949, the new China has attached great importance on issues pertaining to the countryside, agriculture, and farmers, and has been dedicated to promoting agricultural production, improving its governance in rural areas, and improving living conditions of rural people. China’s agricultural development has achieved phenomenal historic accomplishments.
