Different eultures celebrate New Year in different ways,and sometimes on the different calendar days.In Western countries?people usually celeb@e on the night of December 31 st.They may go to parties and drink together?During the first-minutes of the new year,people cheer(干杯)and wish'each other happiness for.the year ahead.Some cultures prefer to celebrate a new year by waking up early to watch the sun rise.They welcome the new year with thejirst light of the new year.
