摘要

目的:探究异常肌反应(AMR)在面肌痉挛微血管减压术(MVD)中的应用价值。方法:选取行 MVD 治疗面肌痉挛患者 70 例入组,对照组未给予 AMR 监测,观察组在 AMR 监测进行手术,观察两组治疗效果。结果:观察组疗效高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:MVD 术中应用 AMR 可有效提高近期手术效果。 Objective: to explore the application value of abnormal muscle response (AMR) in microvascular decompression for facial spasm (MVD). Methods: 70 patients with facial spasm treated with MVD were enrolled into the group. The control group was not given AMR monitoring. The observation group was operated on AMR monitoring, and the treatment effect of the two groups was observed. Results: the efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: the application of AMR in MVD can effectively improve the short-term operative effect.
