摘要

The fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee made special research and important plans on some of the important issues of upholding and improving socialism with Chinese characteristics and advancing the modernization of China’s system and capacity for governance.This Plenum was a milestone meeting of our Party convened at a historical point in which the timeframes of the two centenary goals converge and a crucial period of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
