Tumor immune escape is an important way for tumor cells to evade surveillance and attack by host immune system and promote tumor survival and proliferation.Immunotherapy for immune escape has made significant progress in recent years.Immunotherapy involves multiple factors and pathways, and is associated with changes in tumor cells themselves and tumor microenvironments, and the mechanisms are complex. At present, there are still many challenges in the clinical practice process.Starting from the tumor microenvironment, the article describes the role of various cells in the tumor microenvironment on tumor cell immune escape.
