摘要

The column China Keywords aims to facilitate readers’understanding of China’s political thinking,policies,and approach to development.Its content mainly comes from the“China Keywords”platform,a national-level project undertaken by the China International Publishing Group,Academy of Contemporary China and World Studies,and China Academy of Translation.For the first and following several issues,we focus on the book Keywords to Understand China:The Belt and Road Initiative,trying to provide a succinct overview of the initiative’s architecture,building blocks,priority areas of cooperation,economic corridors,cooperation mechanisms,and projects under way.First let’s learn some key concepts about the BRI.
