摘要

From December 21 to 23,2019,the Seventh South China Sea High-end Forum was held in Haikou,Hainan Province.The forum was co-sponsored by the Legal Periodicals Association of the China Law Society and Hainan University,and hosted by the Law School of Hainan University,Haikou Maritime Court,and the Research Center for Policy and Law of the South China Sea of Hainan Province.Guided by General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of important speeches and discussions on governing the ocean,experts and scholars at the meeting made speeches and exchanged views on relevant theoretical and practical issues of building the community of marine destiny.
