摘要

The action plan to jointly build a community with a shared future signed by the top leaders of the Laos and China in April 2019 has brought the bilateral relationship to a higher level.The year of 2019 is the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the Laos-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership,which also witnessed the inking of the very important political document of the action plan to build Laos-China community with a shared future,and the document is the foundation of the Laos-China relationship in new era and brings more efficient bilateral cooperation.
