摘要

Prefabricated building refers to the precast components as the main components, the assembly, connection and become the concrete structure. As an emerging green and energy saving building, prefabricated building is a building assembled by prefabricated components on the site. This kind of building has the advantages of fast construction speed, less restricted by climate conditions, saving labor and improving construction quality, which has become a new direction for the development of the real estate industry in the future. Prefabricated buildings are built on an industrial basis, in which parts or all of the building's components are prefabricated in a factory, transported to the construction site, and assembled with reliable connections. As the housing industrialization in the gradual, prefabricated building through experiment and application, finalize the design three stages, has formed a kind of basic conform to China's national conditions and meet the demand of the reality of new residential manufacture and consumption patterns, under the industrialization mode of production, prefabricated building will also be promoted.
