摘要

With the rapid development of science and technology, people have higher and higher requirements for building functions. Intelligent buildings have gradually become the best choice for modern urban buildings. In the design, construction and use of intelligent buildings, in order to improve efficiency and optimize the allocation of resources, electrical engineering and automation technology has become a priority. Through the application of electrical automation technology, people can reduce the maintenance cost of electrical equipment, personnel costs, at the same time, but also can carry out 24h uninterrupted monitoring of the building, to ensure the safety of the building to the maximum. Therefore, in intelligent buildings, only by making full and reasonable use of electrical engineering and its automation technology, so that it can play its role scientifically and efficiently, can the resource utilization rate of intelligent buildings be better improved and the needs of different residents be met to a greater extent. This paper focuses on the application of electrical engineering and its automation technology in intelligent building.
