摘要

In 2005,President Xi Jinping,then Secretary of Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee,put forward the notion that“Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.”His inspection tour to Anji County and Hangzhou Xixi Wetland,in Zhejiang,was the birthplace of his thoughts on ecological civilization.President Xi on important occasions at home and abroad has repeatedly spoken about the harmonious coexistence between humans and nature,and China’s sustainable development.These thoughts on ecological civilization construction have been written into the Party Constitution and the Constitution.
