China's economy is gradually changing from high-speed development to high-quality development.High-quality development is closely related to improving quality and efficiency.The State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council(SASAC)has proposed carrying out targeted special actions to improve the quality and efficiency of state-owned enterprises in 2020,and this has been practically promoted throughout the country.
