COVID-19 pandemic has caused an unprecedented impact on China’s economic and social development,and has also put the economic development in Asia Pacific region as well as in the world at large in front of the challenges which have never been seen before.Today’s China and the rest of the world have witnessed fundamental changes in their relationship.Faced with increasing external instability and uncertainty,it is one of China’s most important tasks in its foreign affairs to maintain clear strategic focus and find ways to turn crises into opportunities.
