摘要

Spring is a time of renewal.As the spread of the COVID-19 has been largely contained in China,the country is back on track in an orderly manner.In the Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR),a series of measures for reopening have been introduced to resume normalproduction and life while ensuring the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus epidemic.
