Based on Fenglong increasing yield in 40 kinds of crops in China,a series of Fenlong tools are developed,and the technology system of Fenlong tillage and cultivation in dry land,paddy field and saline alkali land is formed. On this basis,the academic viewpoints such as " Fenlong grand science", " Fenlong law", " Fenlong science" and " people living by nature" are put forward. Based on the systematic theory of Fenlong tillage activating various land resources,increasing the use of water,air,temperature,light and other natural resources,promoting a new round of agricultural production increase,quality improvement and water conservation,reducing saline alkali,and protecting ecology, " Fenlong theory" is put forward for the first time.According to this theory,it is proposed to transform from " cultivated land agriculture" to " cultivated land + saline alkali land + degraded grassland". " U" type of soil loosening can implement wide-narrow row and zero irrigation eco-cultivation on multiple crops of rain-fed agriculture and the "145" mode of wide and narrow rows of sugarcane cultivation. In paddy field,Fenlong tillage could realize no tillage or slight tillage utilization and regeneration for many years,and interval bottom tillage( reclusion tillage) of grassland could store water and have luxuriant grass. It could drive the scientificity and feasibility of the benign transformation of Chinese agriculture.
