In 2014, daqing Equipment Co., Ltd. produced the first set of electric drilling machine. Due to the immature technology at that time, the upper anti-collision can only be controlled by the roller through the coil valve, and the lower anti-collision function of the rotary table cannot be realized. First service with Sonatrach, The Iraqi National Oil Company, in February 2016. The original crane anti-collision device cannot meet party A's high standard requirements for the equipment. Namely, one KN-ZF3 crane anti-collision device is purchased from China. After installation, it was found that this device did not match the rig control system. Problems: When the disc brake block is locked, the winch motor is still running and cannot be controlled by the anti-collision device, which makes the load of the winch motor suddenly increase, the diesel engine is overloaded and shuts off, and the diesel engine needs to be restarted, which seriously affects the normal operation. Party A does not allow drilling due to the defect of the anti-collision function of the crane. Aiming at the above problems, the kN-ZF3 electronic anti-collision device for the crane is made, which makes the winch motor stop when the disc brake is on the brake. Realize the perfect docking between kN-ZF3 anti-collision device and 50DB rig control system. Smoothly pass the acceptance inspection of Party A to ensure the scheduled drilling of the oil well. It can be popularized in the fi eld of electronic anti-collision of overhead traveling crane, which has certain guiding significance for the future electronic anti-collision technology of overhead traveling crane.
