摘要

Wen Sheng has been working in Coking Workshop,General Oil Refining and Chemical Plant since 1988.When he first started his job,he followed the master to climb towers and pipe frames,learned the technological process over and over again,and recorded the operation data bit by bit.He would ask questions if he did not understand.He still remembers the excitement and satisfaction of learning something new.After continuous learning and accumulation,he keeps firmly in mind the performances and purposes of more than 100 sets of equipment,more than 500 pipelines and more than 1,000 valves.His operational skills were improved quickly.
