摘要

Insufficiency in the construction of special collection is a common problem in the construction of university libraries.It is evident in the library of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics.University libraries should protrude the characteristics of their own and analyze problems encountered with the work of collecting literature books.At the same time,they need to make correct management and service strategies,learn from others and work hard according to their own actual situation,so as to reflect the needs of the times.
