摘要

Sun Qingxian is an operator at Ethylene Workshop of Petrochemical Plant of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,senior technician,and technical expert of CNPC.He has won the May 1 Labour Medal of Gansu Province and the Skills Award of China,as well as titles such as Craftsman of Gansu Province and 100 Outstanding Craftsmen of Central Enterprises.He is the leader of a national-level Skills Master Workshop,candidate of 2020 National Model Worker,and enjoys Government Special Allowance of the State Council.
