摘要

Chen Siyang is a post-80s natural gas production technician and the monitor of the maintenance team in Operation Area 3 of the Second Gas Production Plant of Petrochina Changqing Oilfield Company(PCOC).The production blocks and stations he is responsible for have operated safely and smoothly for 13 years and zero accidents,with a total supply of 7.2 billion cubic meters of finished natural gas from west to east,which has made outstanding contributions to the high-quality development of Changqing Oilfield.
