The Refinery of CNPC Jilin Petrochemical Company has 30 sets of production facilities with a crude oil processing capability of 10 million tons per year.As the leading unit of CNPC Jilin Petrochemical Company,it undertakes the important mission of making contributions to China by producing clean oil products and the major responsibility of providing raw material for the main chain of chemical engineering of the Company.Li Yan is a female operator at the reaction post in the No.1Hydrogeneration Workshop of the Refinery who has 23 years of working experience,proficiency in operation skills required by five different posts,and mastery of the operation processes and skills of two different set of devices.She has created the record of zero-error safe operation for 5,000 consecutive days and developed a"453 Working Method"which was later named after her.The"2232 Training Method"designed by her has successfully trained over 70 highly skilled operators of the two sets of devices.
