摘要

Since the establishment of the BRICS Cooperation Mechanism in 2006,guided by the BRICS spirit of"openness,inclusiveness,cooperation and win-win results",the cooperative mechanism among the world's five largest emerging economies from four continents has been constantly deepened,and a comprehensive multi-level cooperation framework has been formed which covers the political,economic,scientific,technological and cultural fields.
