摘要

Today, there isn't a set of regulations and documents of quality requirements for cosmetics that specifically targets at the special group such as pregnant women, infants, and children, which leads to a great of incon-venience to the technical personnel who engage in cosmetics industry for pregnant women, infants, and children, especially those who just enter the industry but are not completely familiar to it.
