摘要

On September 1,1965,the first session of the first People's Congress of the Tibet Autonomous Region received overwhelming participation as it was held in Lhasa,and it was then that the founding of the Tibet Autonomous Region(TAR)was formally and solemnly declared to the world at large.History had turned to a new chapter,a chapter on a period of advancement.
