Zhang Yong is a senior drilling technician of Chuanxi Drilling Engineering Company of CNPC Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co.,Ltd.,a drilling skill expert of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC),and Director of the Engineering Technology Subcommittee of the Skills Expert Cooperation Committee.He has won the honorary titles of Model Worker of Central State-owned Enterprises,Chenghua Craftsman of Chengdu,Sichuan Province,Model Worker,Excellent Talent,Model Outstanding Party Member,Excellent Mentor,and Youth Innovation Expert of Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co.,Ltd.,etc.Zhang Yong Studio,which was named after him,has been voted as the Oil Drilling Skills Expert Studio,the Model Worker(Skilled Talent)Innovation Studio of Chuanqing Drilling Engineering Co.,Ltd.,and the Model Worker Innovation Studio of Sichuan Province,and the CNPC Zhang Yong Drilling Skills Expert Studio.He has successfully carried out corrective maintenance of oil drilling underground for more than 80 well-times since he was engaged as a CNPC level expert in 2005,recovering economic losses of over RMB 100 million.
