摘要:
Single-junction organic-inorganic perovskite solar cells (PVSCs) have boosted the record power conversion efficiency (PCE) rapidly from 3.8% to certified 25.2% [1].Tunable bandgaps and solution processability at low temperature promise its great potential in making highly efficient thin-film solar cells via building tandem architectures, which is an effective strategy to utilize more of the light over the entire solar spectrum and break the Shockley-Queisser (SQ) limit for single-junction cells.
