摘要

As an unexpected disaster and test,the COVID-19 epidemic not only has a short-term huge impact on the Chinese secondary nonferrous metal industry but also reveals the long-lasting weaknesses and problems of the industry.It is a task of top priority to assist the industry in mitigating the impact and tiding over the difficulties through scientific analysis and precise policy support.More importantly,the epidemic is just a moment in the long history,and the Chinese secondary nonferrous metal industry can only achieve sustainable development by proceeding with confidence,having a long-term vision,following the megatrends,eliminating the weaknesses,consolidating the advantages,and accelerating restructuring and efficiency improvement.
