DUE to the novel coronavirus outbreak,China has announced the postponement of this year’s“Two Sessions,”the major annual political meetings generally scheduled for March.The“Two Sessions”is the popular name for the meetings of China’s main political bodies—the National People’s Congress and the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference.
