In order to inject the safety concept of "pay ten thousands efforts to prevent in case" into the wholeprocess of production, operation and management.Establishing a natural gas safety culture is only the first step.The most important thing is to establish a complete set of safety risk management and control exercises to truly consolidate the safety "city wall" and ensure safe production. Safety risk management and control refers to a series of management measures for enterprises to carryout advanced identification, analysis and evaluation, and hierarchical management and control of various systems and links involved in the production process for possible safety risks, hazards, and major hazard sources in order to ensure safe production.
