摘要:
Based on existing studies and data, the economic environment, industrial environment, scientific research innovation environment and talent cultivation environment in the environmental system of marine talents in 11 coastal provinces and cities in China(excluding Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan)were mainly analyzed. It is found that the imbalance of inter-provincial development in economy and the marine industry has led to insufficient talent attraction in some provinces, and the inefficient support of marine technological innovation and the imperfect marine talent cultivation system have led to a shortage of high-end marine talents. Therefore, based on the analysis of resources in each province,it is necessary to innovate economic development models, build a reasonable marine industry structure, improve the efficiency of scientific research innovation investment, and optimize the cultivation environment of marine talents to realize the accumulation and development of marine talents.
