摘要

With the progress and development of economic society,the defects in traditional urbanplanning have gradually become prominent,resulting in more and more serious urban diseases.Variousproblems in urban construction have produced a series of adverse effects on urban development.Facedwith such situations,major cities actively explore smart and ecological construction,and take ecology as theguide to promote sustainable development on the concept of smart ecology under the background of bigdata information age.Based on this,relevant strategies of smart eco-city planning in urban planning anddesign are analyzed,and the planning and design ideas under smart ecological concept are discussed fromthe aspects of living environment,green transportation and ecological governance,hoping that theoreticaldiscussion will be helpful to the design practice.
