摘要

Since the outbreak of the COVID-19, China's economy has been hit hard. Because of the pandemic, the overall employment situation this year is particularly grim, especially for fresh graduates. The demand of enterprises for graduates has decreased by 22％ compared with the previous year in the same period. However, the number of graduates reached 8.74 million in 2020, an increase of 400,000 compared with 2019 and hit a record high. In addition, some people lost their jobs because a small percentage of enterprises need to cut costs to get through this hard time; and some wanted to change their jobs, which sharply increases the overall employment pressure.
