摘要

On June 11,a new domestically transmitted COVID-19 case was reported in Beijing,heralding a resurgence of the epidemic in the capital city after it had been clear of the virus for 57 consecutive days with only sporadic imported cases.This demonstrates the complexity of epidemic control and sounds an alarm that there is still a long way to go before humanity tames the virus.
