“No matter how the international situation changes,China will always stand firmly with Pakistan,and is committed to deepening the ironclad China-Pakistan friendship,so as to make China-Pakistan relations a model for building a community with a shared future for humanity,and better benefit the people of both countries,”said Chinese President Xi Jinping when he met with Pakistani President Arif Alvi at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on March 17.The special bond between China and Pakistan has always been strong and enjoys deep roots among the two peoples.As COVID-19 still ravages the world,Pakistan-China friendship and solidarity has stood out particularly in these testing times.China Today recently interviewed the Ambassador of Pakistan to China Naghmana Hashmi,who appreciates China’s support and assistance and says that Pakistan will stand by China to tide over the COVID-19 pandemic.
